  • Providing and maintaining the Service — performance of contract.
  • Account creation and authentication — performance of contract.
  • Customer support — performance of contract / legitimate interests.
  • Security, fraud prevention and abuse detection — legitimate interests.
  • Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests.
  • Legal compliance — legal obligation.

3. Sharing

We share data with:

  • Service providers / subprocessors for hosting, storage, and analytics.
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sale of subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and subscription management.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law.

4. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

5. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent where applicable, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We aim to respond within one month.
