Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Job Hunt Hub (the "Service"), operated by Job Hunt Hub ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Job Hunt Hub is a web application that helps you organize job applications, follow-ups, contacts, interviews and related documents.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have authority to bind the organization you represent.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

  • using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
  • infringing intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing technical limits);
  • reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, design and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle. See the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy for details.

7. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Service level

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. Upon termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
